What Is Happiness?

What Is Happiness?

When you wake up in the morning without pressure keeping you in bed, tired. When you open your eyes, jump up and run for your goals. When you sit down smiling, listening to the kind words of someone you respect.

When I think of happiness, I think of feeling great, progressively reaching your aims, and reflecting on positive moments in life.

There is no reason to look back when there is so much to gain moving forward. Tell people what you believe in and why you believe in it. Make explicit correlations that work for them. Be generous, honest, and give credit. Write down the qualities and habits you want, and then look at the people in your circle, realize who is helping you get there and who is rubbing off the wrong vibes. Many people are busy trying to gain knowledge…

Apply simple things you already know and everything will work out great.
