A FEW movements myself and all my “students” are practicing. No half-naked pics here. No concern with who will finish a workout faster or lift more weight. No starvation/restricted diets. Just pure strength and body awareness being developed. With Health – Happiness – Vitality as our aim. Check the skill level standards. Missing one piece? That is a problem we can work on.

Note: The skill level standards are a check list. A platform upon which to jump off of. Where you land is your choice. The fact that you are prepared to take the leap is the point, (and what comes afterwards) even if it takes you a couple years to find the courage, strength & balance to do so.

How can I set a goal / determine my vision?
First you must determine your aim, second you must set your priorities.

How can I become more aware of my emotions and triggers?
Start by noticing what makes you happy and what makes you upset. Then be mindful of the triggers and reactions which come from these emotions.
