Group Training

Where the real excitement begins. Group training is great because it stimulates your mind and body to it’s limit. How? By training together you are motivated to work hard and give your best. Everyday you compete (playfully) with yourself and against your friends. It is through this competition that plateaus are broken, and personal bests are achieved.

Level 1
Level 1 Group Training builds on knowledge and expectations of Elements and the On Ramp Course. These sessions are educational and competitive. Intensity and performance are encouraged. You may test into Level 1 by scheduling an appointment with a trainer and demonstrating the standards.

Level 2
Level 2 group training is a competitive environment. These sessions are invitational only. You may test into Level 2 by scheduling an appointment with a trainer and demonstrating the standards.
